The content on this blog is written for me. I’m sharing it in case it benefits others too.

Since early 2021 I’ve pursued calming my mind to improve my mental health. I’ve read over two dozen books covering various aspects of human behavior and the reality of life. I have repeatedly endeavored to establish a meditation practice. I continue to read and pursue meditation.
