The content on this blog is written for me. Writing helps me preserve, think about, understand, and reinforce the knowledge I have come to understand. I’m sharing it in case it benefits others too. And, I do hope my content helps you ease your suffering.

Since early 2021 I’ve pursued calming my mind to improve my mental health. I’ve read over two dozen books covering various aspects of human behavior and the reality of life. I have repeatedly endeavored to establish a meditation practice. I continue to read and pursue meditation.

I’ve found through the books I read there are common themes and I can reflect on them through life experiences. Some of these books go back 2500+ years. This is to say, the questions we ask, the answers we seek, the life we want to live, the suffering we want to eliminate… have been common in every century and been extensively written about. The explanations and answers are available to you if you know where to look.

On this blog I will tie together the knowledge I have and have been exposed to by writing about I’ve learned and what I’ve come to understand. Topics covered will include:
